Sales Operations Specialist
About the Job
The Sales Operations Specialist will support the management and execution of business systems and processes necessary for the continued growth of IC-Link’s business in North America. This role supports pre- and post-sales activities in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own documentation of customer portfolio, funnels, and sales metrics for business reports by updating CRM/PowerBI and managing customer accounts alongside Business Development Managers and Project Managers.
- Assist Business Development Managers and project team members with quotations, pricing suggestions, RFQ reviews, and customer order management.
- Interact directly with customers to ensure smooth, accurate order handling and excellent customer service.
- Analyze operational and sales metrics, providing insights to the business development team on trends, opportunities, and technical/customer issues.
- Communicate with the Business Development team to recommend service improvements and strategies to grow market share.
- Collaborate with local management and global headquarters to continuously improve sales processes and business intelligence systems.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that improve efficiency and metrics.
- Manage relationships with customers and partners, ensuring systems and processes enhance customer service and collaboration.
- Represent IC-Link at tradeshows and corporate events; support Business Development Managers with on-site customer visits.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, customers, and vendors to improve operational processes.
What You Have
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or business operations within a sales organization, with a focus on order management and demand forecasting.
- Experience working with leading foundries or in ASIC/semiconductor industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Dynamics 365, PowerBI, or similar tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to summarize clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills—customer-oriented and diplomatic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to both collaborative and independent work.
- Sound judgment in problem-solving and priority recognition.
