Talent Acquisition Manager

What you will do 

  • You’ll be the driving force behind imec’s talent acquisition strategy within Belgium and our new growing entities across the world.
  • You lead and inspire the TA team, ensuring the right resources and processes are in place and enabling each team member to grow and thrive.
  • You partner closely with business leaders to translate their (always ambitious, sometimes challenging) hiring needs into effective branding, recruiting and hiring plans.
  • You monitor and analyze all TA KPIs to continuously improve our performance and processes.
  • You measure and ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • You develop our internal mobility program and process, to stimulate skill and career development across units and locations.
  • You manage partnerships with external providers and actively engage in external networking to keep imec at the forefront of talent acquisition.

  • We need your presence in Leuven four days per week.
