Total Rewards Process Administrator
What you will do
You are responsible for end-to-end implementation in the following domains:
Prepare and ensure accurate implementation of our yearly salary and bonus review process globally.
Follow up on yearly promotions and ensure correct implementation.
Deliver our compensation data to benchmark providers each year and support our analysis.
Check and approve ad hoc requests in our systems and perform audits for data quality.
Coordinate and support the organization of various benefits in Belgium and our international locations.
Help employees and managers with the various benefits questions they may have.
Perform regular checks for correct implementation across the organization.
Keep our job framework up-to-date, by scaling new positions, evaluating their impact on compensation and benefits, and performing health checks for fair implementation across the organization.

Who you are
- Our ideal candidate has a masters or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in aspects of compensation and benefits.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional Excel skills. If you have a knack for data analysis, advanced spreadsheet functions, and creating insightful reports, we want to hear from you.
- Your drive for integrity and confidentiality are key in this role.
- Your accuracy is what drives you and you do not miss out on any exceptions.
- Good knowledge of Belgian tax and social security legislation is an advantage that we’ll certainly appreciate.
- As a team player, you are eager to share your knowledge and to contribute to the shared ambitions of the HR team.
- You feel comfortable communicating in a multi-cultural environment.
- Your English communication skills are excellent and being able to work in Dutch is a plus.
