Vendor verification administrator (temporary assignment)

We are looking for a motivated Dutch & English speaking administrator to help us do the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.

The assignment

  • Vendor administration in SAP 
  • Vendor verification by regular calls to vendors 
  • Administration work in Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, ...

Required knowledge and skill

  • Fluently Dutch and English speaking 
  • Able to do computer work and fluent with Outlook, SAP, Excel, Word, … 
  • Motivated and willing to do a lot of telephone calls per day - mindset to fit in a young team and work independently 
  • Able to protect the interest of imec and work precise and accurate
