Vendor verification administrator (temporary assignment)
We are looking for a motivated Dutch & English speaking administrator to help us do the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.
The assignment
- Vendor administration in SAP
- Vendor verification by regular calls to vendors
- Administration work in Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, ...
Required knowledge and skill
- Fluently Dutch and English speaking
- Able to do computer work and fluent with Outlook, SAP, Excel, Word, …
- Motivated and willing to do a lot of telephone calls per day - mindset to fit in a young team and work independently
- Able to protect the interest of imec and work precise and accurate
