Warehouse coordinator
What you will do
- You coordinate and monitor
daily warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate, and safe handling
of materials.
- You lead, coach, and support a
team of warehouse clerks, performance
follow‑up, and hands‑on guidance.
- You oversee both physical
operations (receiving, storage, picking, shipping) and administrative
tasks (ERP updates, documentation, reporting).
- You ensure that all warehouse
processes comply with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety
regulations.
- You respond quickly to
operational requests from management, internal stakeholders, and external
partners, providing clear and practical solutions.
- You maintain an orderly, clean,
and safe working environment and ensure that equipment and tools are used
correctly.
- You drive continuous
improvement by identifying inefficiencies and supporting cross‑team
collaboration and flexibility.

Who you are
- You hold a technical or
logistics bachelor’s degree, or you have equivalent proven
experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
- You have experience with
administrative processing; knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a
strong advantage.
- You are a hands‑on people
leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
- You are capable to switch between tasks
- You are proactive, open‑minded,
and results‑oriented, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with
multiple operational domains.
- You speak fluent Dutch and
have a good command of English.
- A valid stacker or forklift
certificate is a plus.
