Management Assistant (Interim)
The assignment
Management Assistant to assist the department management, as well as to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department and the group members by offering support with the administrative and organization tasks.
- Manage the agenda of managers (director and VP level)
- Coordinate and organize internal & external meetings, conferences, business lunches, conference calls, business travel, project events, team events etc.
- Provide communication with various internal and external contacts.
- Manage and monitor the incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform various operational and administrative tasks (stock management of office supplies, desk, and pc allocations) for the group members.
Required knowledge and skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree in office management and experience in the job.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills; you can multitask and prioritize efficiently; you are stress resistant.
- You are a team-player but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative.
- You have the technical competences to work with Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft edge, MS teams.
- Languages: English. Dutch is a plus
