Wet Process Development Coordinator 

What you will do

Promote, motivate, and enable quality-related initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting qualitative enhancements in procedures, and driving excellence in process development. 

  • Module Robustness & Maturation:  
    • Act as a key connector between Wet process team, project managers, integration engineers, and FAB Engineering to coordinate or support tasks that improve process, module maturity for Logic, 3D integration or memory projects. 
    • Explore more mature, stable processes in terms of in-line performance, defectivity starting from fundamental of processes, referring from industrial best-known methods (BKM). 
  • Qualitative Initiatives promotion:  
    • Coordinate or contribute to qualitative initiatives that strengthen process resilience and efficiency. 
    • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement from proper process windowing (DOE), setting process relevant and efficiency balanced SPC and integrating FDC for modules in core projects. 
  • Technology Development coordination and Technology Transfer:   
    • Represent the R&D Wet process team in both of customer and internal meetings, support DOE definition, contribute to FEMA, facilitate process learning documentation and customer workshops. 
    • You provide development support for imec’s bilateral customers and internal platform development.

Who you are

  • You have 7+ years of experience in 300mm Semiconductor research, development, or manufacturing.  Experience with advanced nodes, 3D integration or Emerging Non-Volatile Memories is a plus. 
  • You have a strong understanding of Wet process in logic and memory manufacturing. 
  • You know how to manage overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines, and efficiently use your time. 
  • You are a great communicator who is persuasive and good at presenting information of others. 
  • You have ambitions to improve the maturity of the processes and modules by benchmarking state-of-the-art, gathering information from stakeholders or brainstorming. 
  • You obtained a master's degree Physics, Materials, Electronics, or related field. 
  • You are a team player able to work in a matrix organization and influence without hierarchical authority.  
  • Given the international character of imec, good knowledge of (spoken and written) English is a must.
