As an Outbound Logistics Officer you execute in an accurate manner tasks concerning both the physical handling and administration aspect of goods that are received, stocked, delivered to internal customers and shipped to external contacts.

As an Outbound Logistics Officer you execute in an accurate manner tasks concerning both the physical handling and administration aspect of goods that are received, stocked, delivered to internal customers and shipped to external contacts.
The assignment
- Receive items from internal customers, then pack, label, and prepare them for courier handover.
- Handle both the physical movement and administrative processing of goods—receiving, stocking, internal delivery, and external shipping.
- SAP administration for all outbound deliveries and prepare shipping documents
- Complete system entries for external shipments in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Process Improvement: Actively suggest enhancements to daily operational
Required knowledge and skills
- Proven experience in Logistics Administration, customs & transportation planning
- Customer centric ,assertive, stress resistant and flexible
- Good communication skills, incl. ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- SAP experience would be a strong plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in physical operations : ( 60/70 boxing a day, no heavier than 20kg)
