What you will do
You will join our Lab Operations & Coordination department as a process assistant and help us to serve our customers! As a member of our XLSO group (XPLORE Lab Support and Operations), you will play a key role in giving process service on dicing activities and general process activities like deposition, metal evaporation, preparing samples for litho development, ...
- You enjoy hands-on development activities, working with a set of various high-end processing tools.
- You will execute and support various process steps in semiconductor and nanotechnology.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to meet weekly research targets.
- Provide feedback on potential process optimizations or tool-related issues.
- You are willing to work in a daytime early/late shift regime (6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00) and 1 weekend out of 2.

Who you are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree with approximately 3-5 years relevant experience or a Master’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- You have a background in semiconductor engineering; hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is a great plus.
- You are a team player who enjoys pushing the boundaries of novel technology together with your colleagues.
- You can prioritize assignments and work independently, within the overall project scope & definition.
- You are proficient in English.
